BRALCO COMPLIES WITH THE CARB / EPA REGULATIONS AND PRODUCES ACCORDING TO THE TSCA REGULATIONS (TOXIC SUBSTANCE CONTROL ACT)

The theme of environmental sustainability and health protection are becoming increasingly important and the "TSCA Title VI Compliant" is the legislation that dictates the rules.

WHAT DO THE CARB AND EPA ABBREVIATIONS MEAN?

CARB stands for California Air Resource Board and is a certification body based on the Airborne Toxic Control Measure (ATCM) regulation whose purpose is to reduce and control formaldehyde emissions from wood-based materials used in California.
EPA, Environmental Protection Agency, is the USA agency that has implemented the CARB directives and has drafted the new TSCA Title VI Complaiant legislation
